PVI Hotel Group, Inc. will create a simple and concise annual strategic business plan for each hotel, which will serve as the property's blueprint for success. This carefully thought out plan has three components: an operating budget, a capital improvement plan and a sales and marketing plan. These plans and budgets will be consistent with current franchise and local market requirements and will be submitted to ownership before implementation. Plans currently in place will be evaluated for implementation, effectiveness and strategic objectives.

Business Plan Development

Accounting Services

PVI Hotel Group, Inc. provides centralized accounting services for hotel clients resulting in accurate, informative and timely financial information. The central accounting office will closely monitors daily accounting reports, supervises payroll processing, prepares monthly bank reconciliation, files sales and use tax returns, pays most invoices, and manages hotel cash.

Operations

PVI Hotel Group, Inc will implement and monitor cost controls and revenue enhancement strategies designed to maximize return on investment while insuring a high level of guest satisfaction. This will include yield/revenue management through rate maximization and Internet Marketing integration, guest satisfaction monitoring, payroll analysis, preventive maintenance programs and tight and effective internal accounting controls. Each property will receive frequent property visits from our operational staff to insure compliance with company directives.

Personnel

The key component to a hotel’s success is the unit manager. PVI Hotel Group, Inc. will seek to find the most competent manager for each hotel operation. We will also seek to insure that all key department managers are competent in their individual areas. On a corporate level our goal is to employee highly skilled Hospitality Industry professionals in the areas of accounting, human resources and operational management.

Internal Audits

To protect each hotel asset and to insure operating efficiency and administrative accuracy, an internal audit is conducted no less than twice a year or where special circumstances are warranted. In addition to a thorough inspection of the physical property, the audit includes a complete examination of the hotel's cash handling and reporting methods, the accuracy of daily reports, and analysis of payables and receivables, a check of all employment records, and a detailed review of all front office and administrative procedures.

Reports

Both monthly and quarterly reports are prepared for ownership. These reports include an analysis of present, past and projected performance. The monthly financial statements include balance sheets, cash flow statements and income statements. A quarterly report is prepared to show and explain deviations in the income statement from the budget, personnel changes, market conditions, sales updates and capital improvement expenditures.

Sales and Marketing

PVI  Hotel Group, Inc. will seek to implement a strong and effective sales and marketing effort for each hotel property. These efforts will be directed locally, regionally and in conjunction with the brand affiliation where applicable. The major emphasis will be placed on working with managers to better enable them to maximize revenue enhancement. Market research will be performed for each hotel so that strategic plans are put in place for each property, which will be reviewed quarterly. Marketing and advertising expenditures are carefully allocated and accurate market segment tracking is reviewed to assure that the monies are being spent effectively. In order to further promote each property trade shows and Industry events are prudently selected for attendance.

Advertising

PVI Hotel Group, Inc. works closely with a contract graphic artist to provide cost effective, full-service graphic design. The objective is to develop high quality collateral materials, effective media ads, high impact web design and consistent informational information. We also work closely with several Internet marking companies and contract PR firms to maximize exposure.
