ABOUT PVI
Pacific Valley Investors has been involved in the purchase, management, and
sale of all forms of real estate including single family residences,
multi-tenant residential including buildings up to 350 units, retail
centers, office, and vacant land. Since 1989 the focus has shifted to hotels
and since 1994 hotels have been nearly the exclusive focus of the
corporation's activities.
The company has recently outlined its business plan for the next five years.
Areas of focus will include:
- Acquisition of additional hotel properties via sponsored partnerships.
Whereas most PVI hotel acquisitions in the 1990s were business oriented
suburban hotels, the focus in the new five year plan is expected to be on
smaller underserved markets and on resort locations. Planned activities may
include development of new hotels.
- Hotel property management for third party owners. In many cases, the
principals of PVI will make a minority investment in these properties to
assure the ownership that PVI's goals and objectives for the hotel are
completely in line with those of the other owners. Over the past year PVI
has entered into two management agreements with third party owners.
- PVI is developing a unique concept for a lifestyle condominium
development, which it intends to implement in one or more California
suburban locations.
